not happy with your Portable Mini Sealer? contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full. you don't need to send it back.

this no-return refund is limited to one per customer, for up to 2 units per order.

how to ask: message us through the contact page or email support@easysealed.com with your order number.

we refund to the payment method you used. it can take up to 10 business days to appear.

arrived damaged or not working? same thing: contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

package lost on the way? we check the tracking first, then refund your order in full.

changed your mind before it ships? we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
